River Billman is a photographer and artist, working with a camera lens to capture the images and emotions he can not adequately describe with a pen. Throughout his work run themes of gender, class and environment, as he details the ambiance which often has a great but unnoticed effect on our daily lives.  Billman is presently obtaining his BFA in Photography/Computer Imagery from Shepherd University, and intends to continue the path of education to foster other young artist's creative passions.
